DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
• Provide information about counter-notification procedures

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 72 hours.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number
• Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
